Acceptance of Terms
By accessing veyamodels.com or submitting an application or enquiry, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Representation & Eligibility
Applying does not guarantee representation. All applications are reviewed at our discretion, and applicants must be 18 or over and able to provide accurate, truthful information and valid consent for likeness representation.
Model Consent & Approval
Represented models retain approval rights over the campaigns in which their likeness appears. No likeness is licensed to a brand without the model's explicit, campaign-specific consent.
Licensing & Usage
Brands receive specific, legally binding licences defining where, how long, and in what context an approved likeness may be used. Any use outside the agreed licence terms is strictly prohibited and actively monitored.
Royalties & Payment
Represented models earn a premium percentage of each licensing fee. Payment terms, percentages and schedules are set out in your individual representation agreement, which prevails in the event of any conflict with these terms.
Prohibited Use
Likenesses may not be used for adult content, political campaigns, deepfakes, defamatory material, or any context deemed damaging to a model's reputation. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate any engagement that breaches this clause.
Intellectual Property
Veya Models retains ownership of the high-resolution digital twins it creates and manages. Brands receive only the finalised campaign collateral and acquire no rights to the underlying likeness files.
Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided in good faith. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veya Models is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
